Shipping
We offer free shipping within the Continental USA on orders over $250. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and other locations outside of the Continental USA will incur a shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for all additional fees such as customs for shipments to Canada and other locations outside of the Continental USA. Digital goods and services do not count towards the free shipping total. Physical products must equal $250 or more to qualify.
We do not ship to the following locations:
- PO Boxes
- Freight Forwarders
- Locations outside of North America
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are based on the availability of the items in the order. Shipping times are determined by the manufacturer since most orders are drop-shipped straight from their warehouse to you. We are not responsible for delays in the shipping or handling times. Expedited shipping is not available.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. If you need to change the shipping address, the order must be canceled (if possible) and a new order must be placed. This will restart the wait time of the order.
