Find adventure with our advanced and proven custom 2018+ Jeep Wrangler air suspension complete system. This system offers users 8” of travel ranging from 2” below stock to 6” above stock, all controlled by our proven e-Level+ control system. Using e-Level+, your desired ride height is a single button press away! No more jumping to get into your lifted Jeep Wrangler. Air down, get in, and air up to hit your favorite trails. Optimal performance achieved at 2.5" - 3" lift. This kit eliminates the use of your front and rear spring setup, replacing it with an air suspension conversion kit that includes custom-tuned Eibach Shocks.
This complete lift kit for 2018 - 2023 Wrangler allows for total versatility when it comes to on and off-road fun. While air springs and air lift kits are not common on Jeep suspension, this air suspension kit gives you capabilities no other Jeep has. The average Jeep customer is going to install lift kits that allow for the vehicle to ride higher and more comfortable than the factory spring and shock kit. With this AccuAir kit, you will have the option to raise and lower your Jeep Wrangler at the push of a button. This kit is easy to install and has a price that makes it affordable on just about any budget. This full-vehicle air suspension kit will feature everything you need to put your Jeep Wrangler on air suspension.
Note: 4-door models only, 2.0L and 3.6L (non-eTorque)
Wheel setup with a minimum of 4.5" of backspacing is required with a maximum 9" wide wheel.
Air springs are used to support vehicles instead of coil springs. This is not the same as helper air springs that assist the coil spring suspension. With helper springs, the ride can be rougher due to the added spring force, but that's not an issue with a dedicated air spring. A vehicle's air spring is made up of a rubber sleeve, a metal piston, and a body mount, which are filled with pressurized air. When the suspension articulates, the sleeve rolls over the piston for a smooth and comfortable ride. Like a tire, the sleeve is very resistant to wear and punctures. The sleeve is attached to the piston and body by crimp rings. There are also some air springs with internal bump stops. The body mounts fix the spring to the vehicle, but like coil springs, suspension travel must be limited by either the shock absorber or limit straps. Air can be added to or removed from the spring to control the vehicle's posture, unlike traditional coil springs, which have a fixed height and settle over time. You don't have to guess about spring lengths or rates to get the right height for your Jeep.
For over 100 years, air springs have been used as a proven technology. Air suspension is used in some passenger cars, trucks, buses, and even trains. With AccuAir Suspension, off-road suspension and lift kits are revolutionized by combining proven air spring technology with modern electronic control.
AccuAir Suspension offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all AccuAir branded control systems products (including controllers, touchpads, height sensors, manifolds, tanks and accessories) and a One-Year Limited Warranty all non-AccuAir branded products and all other non-control system items (including compressors, shocks and springs). AccuAir offers a 30-day Return Policy on any unused and uninstalled products. AccuAir parts are aftermarket products. Any modifications to the products, improper installation, excessive wear and tear, or use not for the intended application voids the warranty. AccuAir does not warranty air suspension compressors that have burned out due to air suspension leaks, that have modified pumps or electrical plugs, that have missing labels or that have water damage.
The warranty is non-transferrable and applies to the original purchaser only.
To obtain warranty replacement, contact AccuAir at 833-247-3696 during normal business hours for shipping instructions and an RMA (Return Material Authorization) tracking number.
