Warranty

WHITELINE bushing kits with part numbers from W00001 to WZZZZZ and KSK000 to KSKZZZ (Bushing Kits) are covered for their lifetime.

WHITELINE performance products include sway bar/ anti-roll-kits (excluding installation components) and bracing and alignment kits with part numbers from BAF000 to BZZZZZ, KCA000 to KCAZZZ, KSB000 to KSBZZZ, KLC000 to KLCZZZ and KDT000 to KDTZZZ (Performance Products) are covered for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Installation components including mounting bushings, brackets, fasteners and linkages (Fitting Kits) are covered for 1 year from the date of original installation.

The warranties relating to the Bushing Kits, Performance Products and Fitting Kits (together, the Whiteline Products) cover the Whiteline Products against factory defects in material and workmanship, other than coatings, when the Whiteline Products are used on passenger cars and light trucks under normal use and operating conditions. These warranties do not apply to any defects arising from the Whiteline Products being used on a race circuit or in any form of motorsport, or being abused, altered or incorrectly installed, lubricated or maintained. The warranties relating to a Whiteline Product only apply to the original purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the relevant Whiteline Product was originally installed (Purchaser). The Purchaser must ship the defective Whiteline Product to 4 Warringah Close, Somersby, NSW, 2250 (postage prepaid) along with a copy of the original receipt. If the Whiteline Product is found to be defective and covered by a warranty, the Whiteline Product will be replaced, free of charge, except that the expense in claiming any warranty relating to the Whiteline Product must be borne by the Purchaser.

An essential upgrade for track and daily use.
I have a Genesis coupe 3.8 that came with factory sway bars that worked well but I wanted something a little…stiffer. So I went with the thiccest & heaviest sway bars available which were whitelines (also got the endlinks). After tossing them on I tested them out on my road with several 25mph curves (desolate country road in Mexico btw) and the difference was super noticeable. Like I literally started laughing when I felt it. It was a lot less body roll and felt a whole LOT more planted than with stock bars. I imagine people going from no bars to these would think they just hit the Konami code. I am no professional driver but felt comfortable pushing an extra 5-10mph on curves that I’ve driven for the past decade. Mind you this was when the rest of my suspension was bone stock. Pairing them with my full setup now is just bonkers. So I would 100% recommend these and specifically from springrates because they hooked me up. UPS lost my rear sway bar and literally delivered an empty busted box (which was mad disrespectful cause he knew there was an issue) but I emailed springrates and they said it’s no worries and they’d send another one out immediately. The next day I got another tracking number and boom. If this sounds like a paid review I swear it’s not, I’m just excited about these chunks of metal that help me impress my stupid friends lol Follow my gram @djinncoupe
